ORDERS
ORDER CANCELLATION
All sales are final.
Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

MISSING ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
If you have not received an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder.
If the issue persists, contact alldaodds@gmail.com with your order number and last name, and we will resend your confirmation.
NEW PRODUCT RELEASES
Most ØDDMAN products do not have set release dates. Subscribe to the ØDDMAN newsletter to receive updates on new drops.
RESTOCKS
Selected items may be restocked occasionally. Sign up for the ØDDMAN newsletter to be notified of restocks.
SOLD-OUT ITEMS
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item sells out during checkout, another customer may have completed the purchase first.

We do not offer alterations or adjustments on current or previous items.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and verification, followed by 3–7 business days for delivery.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive email updates once your order is placed, shipped, and delivered.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Please double-check your address details carefully at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Some international orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes required upon delivery.
Placing an international order confirms your understanding of these responsibilities. Where available, duties and taxes may be paid directly at checkout for convenience.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL SENDER
If your package is returned to us, please contact alldaodds@gmail.com.
Common reasons for return:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Two or more unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Vacancy or undeliverable location
All return-to-sender packages will receive store credit equal to the purchase value (shipping not included).
If tracking confirms a delivery attempt was made to the address provided at checkout, packages will not be re-shipped.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing future orders.
ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to locate the package or file a lost package claim.
Once the claim has been approved, email us to receive a replacement or store credit.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
ØDDMAN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
For lost packages, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier before contacting us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the exclusive nature of ØDDMAN collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where an item is unavailable, incorrect, damaged, or lost in transit.
For all other return requests, we offer store credit equal to the value of your purchase (shipping not included).
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email alldaodds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, in new condition, with original tags attached
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon
ØDDMAN reserves the right to temporarily suspend or revoke return privileges if returns are excessive.
EXCHANGES
If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled, or need a size exchange, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, in new condition, with tags attached. Items received in any other condition will be returned at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
DELIVERED RETURNS
Please allow 1–3 business days after your return or exchange package is delivered for processing and issuance of a store credit or exchange.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
BULK RETURNS
A maximum of five (5) items per order may be returned.
Once a return request is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Excessive returns may result in a temporary suspension or ban from the return policy.
SECURITY
FRAUDULENT EMAILS
ØDDMAN will never request payment or personal information via email for collaborations.
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from us, do not respond or share any information. Contact us directly to verify its legitimacy.
